and new External Director
SNK CORPORATION (Headquarters: Suita City, Osaka Prefecture) is pleased to announce that the current CEO (Chief Executive Officer) Kenji Matsubara has been appointed Representative Director and President on October 28, 2021.
In addition, we are delighted to announce the appointment of Atsushi Morita as External Director on the same day. He led the domestic and overseas game business and has achieved exceptional management results in the Sony Group. By utilizing Atsushi’s abundant experience and deep knowledge of corporate management, we will strengthen our management system, expand our reach on the global market, and continue to drive growth for the company.
