This is the first installment in one of SNK’s most iconic series. In addition to characters from the competitive fighting masterpieces of “Fatal Fury” and “The Art of Fighting,” you’ll find old favorites from such SNK classics as “Psycho Soldier” and “Ikari” in this battle, making this the dream-team, fight-fest classic for the ages. 

■THE KING OF FIGHTERS ’95

Starting with the addition of the “Team Edit System” that allows players to choose their favorite characters and create their own teams, this second installment in the KOF series adds a whole slew of new elements.

■THE KING OF FIGHTERS ’96

Through the major system changes like the addition of emergency evasion moves and small and medium jumps, KOF ’96 lets you enjoy even speedier action.

■THE KING OF FIGHTERS ’97

Boasting such features as two special modes-Advance Mode (based on KOF ’96) and Extra Mode (based on KOF ’94 & ’95-and a selection of characters designed to meet the desires of our fans, this game is sure to please any fighting game aficionado. The third and final chapter of the Orochi Saga will drive all KOF fans and newcomers to the series wild with delight!

■THE KING OF FIGHTERS ’98

This is the culmination of all that was built in the KOF titles from ’94 to ’97. KOF ’98 boasts a wealth of characters from past titles, making this a true dream match. It includes the Extra and Advanced Modes, and a basic game system that’s a modified version of KOF ’97 with improved game balance to accommodate all its fans.
