STORY OF
KOF MAXIMUM IMPACT
After the death of Geese Howard, numerous organizations vied for control of South Town.
The one who put an end to the conflict and united the city was a man known only as Fate. Yet one day, Fate himself met his end at the hand of an unknown assassin. Duke, leader of the up-and-coming Mephistopheles gang, was behind the foul deed.
Soon after, South Town fell incontestably under Duke's sway.
But there are those willing to stand up to Duke: a pair of twins, Alba and Soiree.
Alba—the elder of the two—suspects Duke's involvement in Fate's passing, and attempts to get close to the man through his crony Hyena. Alba seeks to uncover the truth behind the death of Fate, to whom he owes a debt of gratitude.
Soiree, on the other hand, aims to usurp Duke and install Alba as the new head honcho of South Town.
And the first person he reaches out to...is none other than Hyena.
